Instructional Systems Development
Our courses are developed using the ISD Model of course development and delivery. We work with you to assess the need to be addressed by training then design the course or courses to meet those needs. Our development format is very structured but the training itself can be structured to fit your organization's desires and enviornment. Our development process includes the ability to evaluate the effectiveness of the training at various intervals and to determine if revision is needed to target specific aspects.
